You agree not to engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the services, or which, as determined by Waxsealing, may harm Waxsealing or users of the services or expose them to liability. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:

Using the services in a manner that violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
Transmitting any material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

4. Prohibited Activities

In addition to the Acceptable Use Policy, you are expressly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

Using any automated means, including robots, spiders, or data mining tools, to access the services for any purpose without our express written permission.
Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating or misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity.
Transmitting any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, or any other form of solicitation.

This license does not include any resale or commercial use of the services or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of the services or its contents; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

Any unauthorized use terminates the permission or license granted by Waxsealing. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Site, except as follows: your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials.

6. User-Generated Content

Users may have the opportunity to submit, post, or otherwise transmit content through the services ("User-Generated Content"). By submitting User-Generated Content, you grant Waxsealing a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.

You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights to the User-Generated Content you submit and that the User-Generated Content does not violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or rights of publicity. Waxsealing is not responsible for any User-Generated Content and does not endorse any opinion contained in such content.

We reserve the right to remove or edit any User-Generated Content for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms or applicable laws.

7. Payment Terms

Access to certain features of our services may require payment of fees. By subscribing to our services, you agree to pay all applicable fees as outlined on the Site. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and for ensuring that your payment method is valid and up to date.

Waxsealing reserves the right to change its pricing at any time. Any changes to pricing will be communicated to you in advance, and your continued use of the services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing. If you do not agree to the new pricing, you may cancel your subscription in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined on the Site.

In the event of a payment dispute, you must notify us within thirty (30) days of the charge. Failure to do so will constitute your acceptance of the charge and a waiver of any claims related to the disputed charge.

8. Service Modifications

Waxsealing reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the services (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that Waxsealing will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the services.

We may also impose limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to parts or all of the services without notice or liability. Any new features or tools that are added to the current services shall also be subject to these Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the services after any modifications to the Terms will constitute your acceptance of the modified Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Waxsealing, its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; (iii) any content obtained from the services; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

In no event shall Waxsealing’s total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

10. Termination

These Terms are effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate these Terms at any time by discontinuing your use of the services and deleting your account. Waxsealing may terminate or suspend your access to the services immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms or engage in any conduct that Waxsealing deems inappropriate or harmful to the services or other users.

Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Termination of your account does not relieve you of any obligation to pay any outstanding fees or charges incurred prior to termination.
